Galeria Asymetria is the first gallery in Poland specialized in exhibiting Polish historical artistic photography. We are particularly intrested in photography from 1950s, 1960s and 1970s but we do exhibit also works of Polish masters from the pre-War period.

The name of the gallery refers to a cycle and a text written by Zbigniew Dłubak in which the artist expressed his opinion that "world is composed of many different, single, asymmetrical things". Asymmetry meens that the construction of univocal, symmetrical interpretation of the reality is totally impossible.

The gallery also sales the masterpieces of XX-century Polish artistic photography. In our offert you can find works executed by the best Polish artists such us Zbigniew Dłubak, Zofia Rydet, Leonard Sępoliński, Bronisław Schlabs, Marek Piasecki or Jerzy Lewczyński.
